The collegial meeting of lecturers from the Educational Technology Study Program was held on Thursday, July 6, 2023, as part of the FIP-JIP (Forum of Educational Sciences – Department of Educational Sciences) event at The Alana Hotel Yogyakarta. This collegial meeting was attended by lecturers from Educational Technology Study Programs across LPTKs in Indonesia, including UNY, UNP, UNDIKSHA, UPI, UNJ, UNESA, UNNES, UNG, UNIMA, UM, UNIMED, and UNM.

This meeting produced several recommendations to improve the quality of graduates of the Educational Technology Study Program, including:

1. The implementation of online learning needs to be optimized as an alternative for students to participate in lectures. Therefore, quality-assured online learning that meets established standards is required.
2. Broader opportunities should be provided for students to learn from various sources (marketplaces: MOOCs) offered by online learning content providers, with learning outcomes that can be recognized by universities/study programs.
3. Reorientation of the graduate profile of educational technology in the digital era to ensure graduates are capable of facilitating learning and enhancing performance.
4. The need for regulations from the Ministry regarding the recognition of technology-based learning and instruction to create smart and flexible learning environments that support learning and improve learner performance.
5. Collaboration among lecturers of educational technology study programs in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education through the sharing of knowledge, methods, and the latest learning technologies, involving practitioners sustainably in the development of the educational technology discipline.
