The technical coordination meeting on the MBKM program was held on Friday, 27 January 2023 via Zoom and began at 16.00 WIB. The meeting was attended by several lecturers of Educational Technology, DKTP administrative staff, Student Employment, as well as 47 students of the 2020 cohort of the Educational Technology Program. The meeting was officially opened and chaired by Dr. Pujiriyanto, M.Pd., Head of the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology UNY, at 16.15 WIB.

This activity served as a coordination forum between the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology and students who registered for internships under the MBKM program. Several important matters were conveyed by Dr. Pujiriyanto, including the technical requirements that needed to be prepared before participating in MBKM. These included registration procedures such as a notification letter, DHS (Academic Transcript), a document from the Si-C3 web system, and a cooperation agreement with the partner institution. The meeting also discussed the technical process of course credit conversion and strategies for building cooperation with partner institutions.

Following the information session, a question-and-answer segment was held. Several students asked about the deadline for submitting documents and the notification letter addressed to the Head of the Department with a copy to the Academic Advisor. Dr. Pujiriyanto responded, “If possible, please submit it before February and upload it through the Google Form link.” The course credit conversion after the internship is planned to be conducted one month before the internship ends.

Dr. Pujiriyanto, M.Pd., as the Head of the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology, expressed his hope that through the MBKM internship program, Educational Technology students would be able to continue their professional practice in the institutions or organizations where they completed their internships after graduation.
